Christmas comes early for HMS Sultan trainees

Christmas comes early for HMS Sultan trainees
11 December 2019
Staff and trainees at HMS Sultan got into the festive spirit recently as the Sports and Recreation Centre (SARC) held its annual Christmas It’s a Knockout competition.

An afternoon of festive fun and games was enjoyed by all, with teams in fancy dress from across the establishment, taking part in 11 different activities ranging from carol singing and present dunking to visiting Santa’s grotto.

This event is all about letting the trainees have some fun after a long and challenging term of training. It also shows them that physical training doesn’t always have to be routine and it gives the PT Staff an opportunity to show their fun side.

It also shows them that physical training doesn’t always have to be routine and it gives the PT Staff an opportunity to show their fun side. I’m pretty sure that everyone involved will make Santa’s nice list this year, as the event supported the ‘Reverse Advent Calendar’ campaign which aids others with a donation to our local Gosport & Fareham Basics food-bank."
