From July 9 to August 10, the popular summer activity camps operated out of Lomond School Sports Hall with kids passing through their doors to make new friends and take part in past-times designed to promote an active, healthy lifestyle.
Sponsored by Captain of the Base, Captain Craig Mearns, with grants provided by the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity (RNRMC), the event attracted around 90 kids per week over the five weeks.
I love the energy from all the kids and it’s clear that they thoroughly enjoy themselves.
