Good eggs from Sultan donate Easter treat to poorly children

11 April 2017
Children at St Richard’s Hospital in Chichester received a small treat recently, thanks to an Easter Eggstravaganza held at HMS Sultan.

Teams of personnel from across the engineering Establishment in Gosport, Hampshire donated Easter eggs toward the Hospital in order to take part in the competition, which involved them running around the site finding hidden eggs containing clues to help solve riddles.

Visiting the children in the hospital was really special

Leading Physical Trainer James Johnson

Leading Physical Trainer James ‘Jonno’ Johnson who had organised the event said, “The Eggstravaganza was lots of fun to organise, with lots of the teams really getting in to the spirit of the event by dressing up and running around in fancy dress.”

“Visiting the children in the hospital was really special.

"It was really humbling to see how even a small gift can help bring a smile to their faces.”
