New 20 minute workout plan on Navyfit

It’s Wednesday which means there’s a new workout plan for personnel to download at NavyFit.

Compiled by the PTs at HMS Collingwood the 20s workout is ideal for fitting into a 20 minute slot in your day and requires no equipment – just motivation.

A great workout for those just starting out, it can also be made harder for the fitties out there by decreasing the rest break inbetween rounds.

Why not give it a go? The workout is available to download from NavyFit from today. All you need is your Defence Gateway login and a 20 minute exercise slot!
