HMS Sultan Wives Club is a small group of retired service wives, offering friendship to any women whose spouses have served within the Royal Navy.
Each year the club’s members try to raise £1,000 by providing refreshments at a number of activities within the establishment including the Summer Show, theatre club plays and the Heritage Open Days.
This year the £1,000 raised was split in two, with £500 given to Leelsand School towards the costs of refurbishing their swimming pool and the other £500 was donated to Alabare Christian Care Support, who help support homeless veterans in the Gosport and Fareham area.
