DEPLOYMENT OF SCIENTIFIC EQUIPMENT

INFORMATION

1. This notice is for information from the King’s Harbour Master, Plymouth pursuant to the Dockyard Port of Plymouth Order 2020.
2. Scientific equipment will be deployed between approximately 1100 and 1600 on the 22^nd and 29^th February 2024 in the below location:

   50° 21.385’N, 004° 10.305’W (Barnpool)
   

3. The assembly will reduce the charted depth by approximately 5m.
4. The deploying/recovering vessel will be restricted in her ability to manoeuvre and will run sail patterns around the beacon throughout the day. Appropriate shapes and lights will be displayed as required by International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea.
5. Mariners are advised accordingly.
